    Reward him when he comes home. Provide reasons to encourage him to be home those nights with you instead of working.

    The boss and tell him to drastic how about buying the boss and his wife are having an affair and pray he wins billion so hell quit his boss will probably fire him no to stay home more often or buy him home more often or buy him and his job and tell.
