If you were financially strapped and really needed to work then no, you’re not a workaholic…but it sounds like you’re at work because you feel a sense of purpose and you feel needed. I would suggest you join a walking (or running) group. It’s a great way to make friends. You could also look into things/hobbies that might interest you. Google hobbies and you’ll get so many ideas. I now take a photography class and I’ve met so many people I would have never known.
