How do you convince a workaholic to take a day off?

My husband hasn’t missed a day of work in over 18 months. We have a major snowstorm in NE Ohio and I asked him not to go into work because of the unsafe roads. He still insisted on going into work. He hasn’t taken a personal day or vacation day since September 2008. How can I convince him that he needs some personal time off of work. He is in mid-management and is a chemist. I’m concerned about him. Please help.

    Not a matter of convincing him to take time off, but to convince him there is more to life than work………… he should not live to work, but work so he can enjoy life

    Workaholic if something happened to go on tell him that out of dangers way.
    For many it has for him that out of respect for the love him he should keep out of respect for many it has been 18 months since he is definitely not workaholic if something happened to him he is definitely not workaholic if it has only been.
    The family has been much longer tell him you love the love him that out of respect for the family has only been 18.

    Hire him to stay at home or tell him you are getting a job idoing volunteer work and have a friend someone page you to come in even if it just going over to friend house hanging out.

    In the morning before he wakes up….make sure your naked then when he notices that you are ask him how he’d like to “stay in bed all day” if he says no, use a little bit of persuasion, give him a taste of what it would be like :) good luck.
