Am I a Workaholic?

Oppie asked:
Would I be considered a workaholic? I spend roughly 6 days a week at work, working anywhere between 12-16 hours a day. I am 26 years old and have been promoted each year since working for my current company. My wife likes the life we live and she is looking into quitting her job. I say in order for us to maintain the life she and I like she has to continue working as well as I working the way I do. I enjoy the job I have as well as the people that I work for and with. The downside is that I am very rarely ever home and my wife has been aggrevated because I am not home.

Do you and your wife a favour. Work to live don’t live to work , dont let your work control your life

I believe you answered your own question. If it causes problems at home…it’s too much.
We all need balance. (Something “will give” eventually)
