Do you think workaholic parents have a bad effect on their children? Why or why not?
when I say ‘workaholic’ I mean parents that work a whole lot and spend limitedtime with their kids. Not parents that spend time at work to get AWAY from kids.
Also, I’ll be using some of you comments in my essay.

My roommate and I are workaholics in college and have little time for anything. Even though we both have similar work loads, we have different eating and sleeping patterns. I’m pretty healthy, but my roommate has been getting sick a lot. Currently, her stomach has been hurting and she has no energy. My guess is that it’s the flu.

The question here is what foods (not drinks) could she eat that are easy enough on her stomach, but can give her enough energy to get through her busy daily schedule?

It seems every time something goes right a dozen things go wrong to get in the way. I recently discovered I have severe depression. I can’t afford the wedding I’m supposed to be having in September. I’m loosing my job through no fault of my own. My alcoholic workaholic neurotic stress head mother took the place of my long dead alcoholic father. My fiancee is really stressed, which sets me off. Quite simply, as I’ve said before, it would be refreshing to just be dead. My mood swings more than any girl I know and I can’t take it much longer.

Am I in the process of a nervous breakdown and what can I do to counteract the situation?
Triger, thank you but a couple of hours isn’t going to help. These things have been going on for years.

my mom works 12 hours a day. 5 days a week. problem is she is skinny to the point that she is anorexic. she said she does not feel hunger anymore. She even work when she have a fever. She said if she don’t work we dont eat which I understand but we can always go back to apartment. I dont understand why she has to kill herself like this for like what money?
