I have been at this place for 7.5 years and have progressed quite significantly. Im the “go to guy” and enjoy what I do, so much that I dont like to have weekends off unless Im burned out. 80% of the time I am thinking about projects at work.
Please help–My life is out of balance.

My wife in early 40’s is too much workaholic. There are times she bring home her office works and do it at home. She didn’t take any breakfast every morning but a mixed friut shake alone. Most of the days she take only sandwich for her lunch and there are times that she skipped for it. She works 6 days a week and occassionally no rest day. She sleeps only about 4 hours most of the nights. A proper relaxation is out of her way. What are the consequences she is facing ahead with regards to her health if she didn’t change the way she work?
