She gets totally enraged when I point out the fact that she is a workaholic or when she is focused on work and neglecting me. I try to support her and her work even though it takes her away from me. But it does not work and we are not at the verge of divorce. I have no clue what do or say to her. Help

Should I try to become a workaholic?

I’m not a natural workaholic. While I care about my career, I’m bored by work, whether at home or at the office. I’m the kind of person who’s figured out a job skill and I can do it very well, but it isn’t what brings me joy, most of the time.

If that’s the case, and my natural values aren’t oriented towards work, should I try to _make_ myself a workaholic?

Why would I do that? Because I hate having to work for a living. I wish I could make enough that I’d not have to work again. The people who tend to get that far are generally the people who like working as a principle. If I don’t, however, what do I do?

My husband spends most of his time at home on his computer. We don’t do anything fun together or plan anything. He always has to work. I feel like we’re just roommates. We rarely have sex too. I kind of want out of the marriage. I’m tired of being alone, but I’ll be even more alone if we get divorced…

I don’t have to be here today or on X-mas but it is more fun than sitting at home alone. I have filed a few garns electronically and set up a few auto repos for tomorrow. I am now having lunch and goofing on here.

My boyfriend of two years is a total workaholic. I know he loves me and is completely commited to me, but I feel he always puts work first, so being a woman, I’m always giving him a hard time about it. He tells me it’s for our future, but how can we have a future when we barely spend time together now?!?! I feel like he misses out on so much and that he’s never around. I love him and I won’t leave him, is there any way to make it easier on both of us?
I do have a job as well but we are in different industries. He runs a restaurant which was great when I met him becuase I was a bartender. But now I have a day job and he still works weekend nights which is hard.
